Dossier Submitted!
We were surprised to see that in the subject line from our facilitator on Tuesday! Now we are waiting for our appointment date, which the SDA (State Department of Adoption in Ukraine) should give us in 20 business days. I have to admit to being a little in shock. You wait for so long, and now I think time will fly by, and we will be in Ukraine. I (Kari) started a new job this week also, so have been very busy with that. We continue to covet your prayers on this journey. Specifically, wisdom as we get closer to chosing our new child(ren)-what a huge decision!-and that God would provide financially what we need for this trip to Ukraine. We give glory to God for giving us this desire and providing each day the strength to continue on, we couldn't do it on our own.

Hooray! I was just saying to Garth yesterday that your dossier hadn't been submitted yet, but I am happy to see that I was wrong! :-) We're very excited for you, and we know God will make this all possible and will give you children who need a family.
ZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzz...Oh, hey, a new post! Yes! We are soooo bored over here that we (I) search a bunch of blogs for new stuff. That is great news. It will go by fast. Don't be surprised to get a really quick travel date, we got all of 12 days notice. Can't wait to read your take on things. Matt

Were they saying next month for submission? Its so great to be earlier than expected! Prayers for funding for sure!
Congratulations on your submission. This is the first big step. You should hear soon when you travel and it goes really quick after that!
