A Quiet House

The Longmont Times Call has a large article on the Ukraine Orphan Outreach camp kiddos today. Here is the link to the story: http://www.timescall.com/communityTC/news-story.asp?ID=11138

Everyone has gone back to Ukraine, and our house is very quiet. We met 16 wonderful kids from Ukraine this summer, and it was hard to see them go. Many people have asked what is next in the adoption process for our family. At this point it is simply waiting. All of our paperwork is in Ukraine. We are waiting for them to give us a submission date. At that point we will run around and update all of our documents because the State Department for Adoption (SDA) in Ukraine requires that none of our docs expire within six months of our submission date. The majority of our docs are good for one year, and since many of them start hitting the six month mark this month, they will need to be updated. Until then, the blog will be pretty quiet.

We are all trying to patiently wait and see what God has planned next for us. We would love prayer for God's wisdom and provision for each step of the way.

Wow how exciting! We'll definitely keep you in our prayers! Will you be able to adopt one or more of the kids that visited?
